Whether you are planning a bridal shower or baby shower, family reunion, class reunion or any other special event in your life, the 4-H Center and staff are here for you.
Our spacious 60' by 60' air-conditioned auditorium can provide you a comfortable, clean location for your occasion with dining space for up to 250 guests. For seminars or meetings our auditorium in the 4-H Center can comfortably hold 500 participants. If you find that you need a smaller space for your gathering, our auditorium can be split into a four 30' x 30' rooms or two 30' x 60' rooms. A perfect size for every occasion!
Your special date can be held as "tentatively reserved" for 72 hours. It will be released if a completed 4-H Center contract & $100-$200 deposit are not submitted within that time. The rental fee must be paid in full and all appropriate paperwork submitted BEFORE the rental date or the reservation will be cancelled.
An attendant fee will be charged for each rental. The attendant fee varies depending on type & size of rental. Security guards may be required for event if alcohol is served.
The 4-H Center rental fees below include:
- 12-foot rectangular tables (seat 10-12)
- 6-foot rectangular tables (seat 6)
- Chairs
- Podium
- Separate bathroom facilities
- Wipe board & chalk board easels (pens & chalk not furnished)
Additional rentals available:
- Kitchen for the flat rate of $60 for your whole event
- 4' x 4' or 8' x 8' stage w/skirt

RENTAL CATEGORIES
- Commercial: Any event, program or activity being held with a charge to the public resulting in direct compensation or income to benefit a renter who does not qualify for non-profit status.
- Non-Commercial: Any event, program or activity being held with no charge to the public or invitees by a renter who does not qualify for non-profit status.
- Non-Profit/Fee: Events sponsored by non-profit organizations that generate revenue as a result of the event. A copy of a Non-Profit Certificate of Determination may be requested by the management.
- Non-Profit/No Fee: Events sponsored by non-profit organizations where no revenue is generated as a result of their event. A copy of a Non-Profit Certificate of Determination may be requested by the management.
