Are you searching for an auditorium to rent that is suitable to host your wedding reception, anniversary party, birthday party, graduation party or other special event?
Whether you are planning a bridal shower or baby shower, family reunion, class reunion or any other special event in your life, the 4-H Center and staff are here for you.
Our spacious 60′ by 60′ air-conditioned auditorium can provide you a comfortable, clean location for your occasion with dining space for up to 200 guests. For seminars or meetings our auditorium in the 4-H Center can comfortably hold 350 participants. If you find that you need a smaller space for your gathering, our auditorium can be split into a four 30′ x 30′ rooms or two 30′ x 60′ rooms. A perfect size for every occasion!
Your special date can be held as “tentatively reserved” for 72 hours. It will be released if a completed 4-H Center contract & security deposit are not submitted within that time. The rental fee must be paid in full and all appropriate paperwork submitted BEFORE the rental date or the reservation will be cancelled.
Additional deposit money and security guards may be required for event if alcohol is served. A fee for professional cleaning after large events of 75 guests or more will be included in rental fees.
The 4-H Center rental fees below include:
- 12-foot rectangular tables (seat 10-12)
- 6-foot rectangular tables (seat 6)
- Separate bathroom facilities
- Wipe board & chalk board easels (pens & chalk not furnished)

- 4′ x 4′ or 8′ x 8′ stage w/skirt
- floor lamps
- sound systems with microphones
- LCD projectors
- TV with a DVD player
- 10′x10′ pop-up canopies
- Electronic Keyboard
- Coat Rack
- Standard: Any event, program or activity being held by a renter who does not qualify for non-profit status.
- Non-Profit: Events sponsored by non-profit organizations. A copy of a Non-Profit Certificate of Determination may be requested by the management.
